  mildly disappointing. have had nothing but pleasant interactions at this liquor store since moving to woodburn, until the actual owner of the establishment turned away a family members VALID out of state license. I understand skepticism towards out of state ID's, I personally worked at a concert house and have been trained to properly inspect ID's for there validity and out of states always took an extra second. he asked my family member what his address was, and he started telling him his original out of state home address instead of his updated address on the card. instead of simply saying.. "no thats the wrong address, has your address been recently updated?" or "hey sir, thats the wrong address... why dont you write your signature down five times so i can see that this isn't a fake" or.. he could have simply disproved the validity of the actual ID like any properly trained ID'er would via inspecting the safety features of the ID that are taught at any proper ID course. Instead in that moment he saw a dude with long hair and an out of state and simply said no with a sense of power, like he was actually accomplishing something by doing his job improperly. also keep in mind that this family member has used this valid ID at this mans establishment multiple times already since moving here.. pretty damn silly if you'd ask me. I'll be updating this review from a one star, to a two star and so on until i reach five new friendly proper transactions at this store.
