  Not shopping at the Vans Store, Joanna an employee, rudely grabbed clothes from my daughters hand and had a rude attitude and demeanor ... no customer service and opened the door while my daughter was changing in the room. Just sad.. I'm not sure how she got hired. I talked with the manager but the manager did not know her job. Worst part of all Joanna the employee denied what had happened. Won't be coming back to the store. Save your money and time people. Maybe these employees should learn from other stores what customer service is. We walked into the store next door-Justice, and we were greeted properly and the lady was knowledgable and had outstanding customer service.
