  Return policy is terrible. I bought a pair of shoes and only tried on the right shoe because I was in a hurry (on a trip and forgot my brown dress shoes). When I tried them both on in the hotel the left shoe was bigger than the right and didn't fit. I never wore them and tried to return them two days after the purchase and they said it was exchange only. Problem was they didn't have any other shoes that fit me... They would not give me store credit or money back. The lady at the counter suggested I check another outlet store as if they were dotted all over the west coast. The nearest one is hundreds of miles away. I get that this is an "outlet" but at least work with people a little, especially when you are selling defective products.
