  Great rotating selection, bought my trusty rain jacket here.... BUYER BEWARE: Nothing here carries the North Face warranty. If it fails, you're stuck with it. They achieve this by what looks like a black sharpie to the "o" in "The North Face" label on the inner tag at the collar so it's known it was an outlet item. My rain jacket hasn't let me down yet. But just so you're aware. 5 stars if the warranty was intact, otherwise 3 stars.

  I agree with the previous comment. This store offers great selection for customers but when it comes to some staff... probably not. The cashier that I was served by was Breigh and by far the worst transaction ever in my life. Northface, if you're going to hire some cashiers make sure they are not racists or rude or train well enough to be up front. The store manager's excuse was due to short staff reason and the person was covering for someone else, which is your management problem and a very unprofessional reason to say to the customer. Then hire more right people to serve customers right and also not to burden your employees with short staff reason.

  I had went into north face looking for a sweater for my husband about two weeks ago. I was having a very horrible day. The male on the sales floor was an older gentlemen named Larry. Who gave me lots of great options for my husband, he checked for sizes and went out of his way to help me which is excellent costumer service!!he was a supper big help! As I was checking out I was being helped by a cashier named ashley and she helped me make my final decisions telling me in depth detail about every jacket I was thinking about purchasing! She had a smile on her face the whole time and bothered to care about my day which was much needed for me. They were both very knowledgeable and great. My husband loved the jacket! I will definitely be returning!
