  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I was out and about enjoy my my day off ready to treat myself. I had previously been to max studio about a year ago during Christmas time and found tons of great clothes so I was excited to come back! When I walked in the door and began browsing, a store associate APPROACHED ME and let me know that "everything in the store was 50% off and select sale items were additionally discounted as well". I continued browsing and tried on some clothes. I was ready to purchase my two shirts and when she rang up my total I noticed no discount had been applied. I said "I thought everything was 50% off?" She then laughed and said "we'll almost everything" at that point I said I was only interested in one shirt. She continued ringing me up and took a snarky attitude the entire time WHILE HER MANAGER WAS RIGHT BEHIND HER!!! I left the store feeling very offended and belittled for no apparent reason. I continued shopping throughout the mall and could not shake the discouraging, offensive attitude the both of them portrayed towards me. Before I left to head home, I decided I wanted to straight up return the shirt I bought from them as I wanted no part of their business. When I walked in to the store for the second time, she said "oh you're back?" Not even excited to see me, not excited for me to be interested in their product, nothing but hatefulness. I said "yes, I'm here to return the shirt." She once again laughed at me and proceeded to ask me what I meant? I replied "what do you mean? I want to return the shirt I just bought an hour ago". At this point her manager, who was still behind the counter, grabbed her return policy sign and smacked it down on the counter in front me and said "we only allow exchanges." I asked why this was not mentioned to me upon purchase and her reply...."we stamp it on the receipt." I then said "it would be much more helpful and convenient if you informed your customers of your return policy." The ASSOCIATE then said "well you've been here before right? So you should know the policy!" I was absolutely baffled! And the manager had no reaction or resolution to problems I was experiencing, in fact, encouraged her subordinates behavior. I then told the both of them that I was here to return my shirt simply based off their rude, demeaning, and offensive behavior I experienced earlier. EVERYONE BE WARE: the women who operate this store are incredibly unprofessional, sarcastic, inappropriate, and a true disgrace to customer service representatives & PEOPLE everywhere. I will never again shop here. I will make sure to let EVERYONE in my power know how awful of a store this place is and that management approves of their behavior. The owner of this establishment obviously encourages this behavior as well as all employees act this way!!!! I will be posting reviews on every website imaginable. I will mail back my shirt as I have no desire to wear such a trash label, and I will be calling the store daily until my experience is taken serious.
